Do you write or buy reviews?+
No. Never. We only ask your real customers, after real jobs, to review you. Fake, bought or incentivised reviews break Google's rules and FTC rules.
Do you only ask happy customers?+
No. We ask every customer the same way. Filtering out unhappy customers ("review gating") is against Google's policy. When a customer has a problem, it reaches you so you can fix it.
How do you know when a job is done?+
On Essentials and Growth you connect the tool you already use (or forward job-complete emails). On Done-For-You you upload your customer list each month and we send the requests for you.
Is texting customers allowed?+
We only text customers who gave you their number for the job, include opt-out instructions in every text, and never text anyone who opted out. Email requests are available as well.
How do you get access to my Google profile?+
For reply drafting, you add us as a Manager in your Google Business Profile settings. You stay the owner and can remove us any time, and we never need your password.
Is there a contract?+
